The Turner Camps are located in the heart of the Central Adirondack Mountains midway on the north shore of 4^th Lake, the most beautiful and popular of the Fulton Chain of eight lakes. The Camps are eight miles from the Old Forge Information Center on Route 28.

The Elevation is 1,800 ft. above sea level, and the air is fragrant with the scent of evergreens and of virgin timber. The area has long been known as a haven for hay fever sufferers.

All of the cottages have modern plumbing with showers and/or tubs. All have refrigerators/freezers, microwaves, gas for cooking and heating, charcoal grills and picnic

tables.  Each is completely furnished for housekeeping, including two blankets, pillows, and a spread for each bed.

Water Safari are nearby.The Turner Camps have four acres, from the highway to the 150 ft. lakefront, with each cottage nestled in a unique wooded setting. The beach is sandy, shallow, clean and safe for children. Dockage is available. To the rear of the cottage area is a parking lot and playground for badminton, horseshoes and croquet.

The Adirondacks have 42 peaks over 4,000 ft. and 1,000 lakes. Guests enjoy trails hikes, mountain climbing, swimming, fishing and boating.
